  • Cost: Casual $22.00, under 16's $16.00,
  • Children 10 years and under $10.00
  • Concessions: 10 classes $180.00, save $40.00, valid 4 months, card can be shared between 2 people.
  • Concessions used within 34 days, (coming twice a week), next card $160.00, save $60.00
  • Concessions used within 24 days, (coming 3 times a week or more) next card $150.00, save $70.00
  • Full time students, community services card holders, Teens up to 16 years, 10 classes $160.00.
  • 5 class concession card $100.00 -- valid 2 months, not to be shared.
  • Terms and conditions of concession cards:
  • No refunds or transfers on concession cards Concession cards are valid 4 months or 2 months if shared between 2 people. Cards will not be extended for holidays or being busy. If the studio closes for the holidays at the end of the year and a concession card was bought in November the card will be valid for 5 months.
  • All concession cards that have been started expire after 5 months regardless of circumstances i.e. accidents or illness.
  • Unused cards expire after 8 months.

Levels

  • We regurlarly run Beginners Intro Courses - see Home page for course dates!
  • Beg + Lev 1: for students with little or no experience of Iyengar Yoga
  • Level 1+2: for students with some Iyengar Yoga experience
  • Lev 2: for experienced Iyengar Yoga students
  • Restorative and Yin Yoga: relax, renew and restore the balance of your body to the deepest level and reduce the effects of stress related disease. Also a great class if you like a more gentler and quiet class with much more focus on the breath.

How to get most out of your Yoga class

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class is due to start.
  • Turn your cell phone off.
  • Wear comfortable clothes such as a t-shirt or singlet with shorts or tights. Bare feet are essential.
  • It is best not to eat 2 hours before class. If you need to eat something keep it light.
  • Avoid drinking water during class but make sure you drink plenty of water after class to help detoxify the body.
  • Inform your teacher before class of any medical condition or injuries.
  • The studio is fully equipped - there is no need to bring anything.
  • There is no need to book for any of the classes.
