  • Cost: Casual $18.00. The studio does not have eftpos, you will need to bring cash or cheque. For regular students payment by internet banking is also an option.
  • Concessions: 10 classes $160.00 -- valid 4 months,
  • If concessions used in 34 days (coming twice a week or more), full time students, community services card holders $145.00.
  • No eftpos, cheque, cash or internet banking only
  • No refunds or transfers on concession cards
  • If the studio closes for the holidays at the end of the year and a concession card was bought in November the card will be valid for 5 months.
  • If you are going on holidays the card still needs to be used up in 4 months.
  • Unused cards expire after 4 months.

Levels

  • Beg: for students with little or no experience of Iyengar Yoga
  • Level 1+2: for students with some Iyengar Yoga experience
  • Lev 2: for experienced Iyengar Yoga students
  • Restorative: relax, renew and restore the balance of your body to the deepest level and reduce the effects of stress related disease. Also a great class if you like a more gentler and quiet class with much more focus on the breath.

How to get most out of your Yoga class

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class is due to start.
  • Turn your cell phone off.
  • Wear comfortable clothes such as a t-shirt or singlet with shorts or tights. Bare feet are essential.
  • It is best not to eat 2 hours before class. If you need to eat something keep it light.
  • Avoid drinking water during class but make sure you drink plenty of water after class to help detoxify the body.
  • Inform your teacher before class of any medical condition or injuries.
  • The studio is fully equipped - there is no need to bring anything.
  • There is no need to book for any of the classes.
