Yoga Class Timetable


  • All classes are Iyengar Yoga except Friday 9.30am which is a Yin Yoga class - a type of restorative practise
  • Beginners / Level 1: for students with no or little experience of Iyengar Yoga
  • Level 2: for experienced Iyengar Yoga students
  • All Levels: great place to start your yoga journey or to deepen your practise
  • Restorative Yoga: relax, renew and restore your body to the deepest level and reduce the effects of stress-related disease, as recommended by Dr Libby Weaver, nutrition and weight loss guru, author of best selling book "Accidently Overweight" and "Rushing Women's Syndrome". We now offer a Yin Yoga class on Friday morning at 9.30 - 10.45am. Yin Yoga concentrates on floor postures that stimulate connective tissues including ligaments and fascia. Connective tissue does not stretch like muscle and takes more time to become more pliable and denser/stronger. For this reason postues are held for longer periods of time.
