Levels
- Introductory: for students new to yoga
- Beginners / Level 1: for students with no or little experience of Iyengar Yoga
- Level 2: for experienced Iyengar Yoga students
- All Levels: great place to start your yoga journey or to deepen your practise
- Restorative Yoga: relax, renew and restore your body to the deepest level and reduce the effects of stress-related disease, as recommended by Dr Libby Weaver, nutrition and weight loss guru, author of best selling book "Accidently Overweight" and "Rushing Women's Syndrome".
